This is an unusual spring out htere. We live close to the Assiniboine River and it is the highest this year that it has been iin 70 years. We took a drive a few days ago and these are just some of the pictures I took. Scary stuff and it hasnt crested yet. They are expecting it to crest by May 11. We will be ok because we are far enough from the river to be dry. My hubby drives a school bus over a bridge and every day the water is rising. Yesterday he said it was just about to the bottom of the bridge. If that happens he will have to be rerouted.
